During ongoing outbreak of Coronavirus 2019 (COVID 19) please notify us prior to your visit if you have fever, cough, upper respiratory or gastrointestinal distress and cancel your appointment if you are not feeling well. Our office will not provide testing for SARS-CoV-2 (virus that is causing COVID 19). Please follow CDC recommendations about personal hygiene, social distancing and situations when you will need to be tested for SARS-CoV-2 virus. Please be advised to contact your primary care physician for symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 and further recommendations to be tested/hospitalized based on your symptoms or you can visit virtual clinics from local hospitals Memorial Hermann, St. Luke, Methodist.

Please call us/go to your portal request appointments and we will schedule you for Telemedicine appointment when we have available time because we still seeing patients in the clinic. If you are cash patient copay will be $50, if you have insurance we will collect usual copay and will submit billing to insurance. Please complete self-check-in on patient portal prior to your appointment and under section of My Health, subsection Medical Forms, please review and sign our Telemedicine consent form. Alternatively please review Telemedicine consent form on drkendo.com patient forms. We would appreciate if you can sign and email it back to firstname.lastname@example.org, otherwise we will use verbal consent.
5min prior to your scheduled time please go to https://doxy.me/conroeendocrinology and enter your name, Dr. Komarovskiy will initiate call when your appointment time would start. Please review your medications and be prepared to verify it with her as well as indicate what refills you need. Dr. Komarovskiy will send order to Quest Diagnostics and patients will need to have it done at their convenience.
Please install at home glooko portal for uploading your glucometer and use ProConnect code: drkendo. If you have Dexcom glucose monitor please use Clarity to upload your receiver or phone Clarity app to share your Dexcom data by using sharing code. Please contact Dr. Komarovskiy via patient portal to establish sharing code. If you are using Libre Glucose sensor please use Libreview portal to link accounts, this will be done after you accepted invitation from our clinic to your email on file or you can link from your Libreview portal, our practice ID is 13051039.
If you have Omnipod pump please upload it to Glooko account and connect to our practice using Proconnect code: drkendo. If you have Medtronic pump please upload it to Carelink account, contact Dr. Komarovskiy via portal to confirm that our accounts are linked.. If you have Tandem pump please upload to Tconnect account, you were registered to it when you were trained on your pump.

We manage all types of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring systems. Dr. Komarovskiy was born in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. She represents the 4th generation of healthcare professionals in her family. She started learning medicine from age 14 when she started her training at Kiev College of Nursing. She then continued her education by graduating from renowned Vinnica Medical University. She completed her residency at Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, NY and endocrine fellowship training at University of Louisville, KY. During her training, she served as Chief Resident in both programs. She maintains board certification in Internal Medicine and Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism. During her training she did research on metabolic syndrome and thyroid cancer. Her clinical interests include all areas of endocrinology, with special interest in diabetes and insulin pump therapy. She is seeing patients age 18 and above. She is a Fellow of American College of Endocrinology and an active member of the Endocrine Society, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, and the Texas Medical Association.
Dr. Komarovskiy is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian. Her interests include photography, as well as painting and cooking. She believes in empowering patients with education so that they can be the best advocates for their own health.
